Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your color, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused or gently used products. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to all returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
